Lauren Jauregui has a lot of problems with American Airlines.
The Fifth Harmony member tore the airline to shreds over their allegedly unprofessional care of Jauregui’s luggage. “You have had the sh**tiest service for years,” said Jauregui. “But I have never experienced this level of zero professionalism.”
According to the singer, the airline “put my bag on the wrong flight, failed to get it to me on time that day, said it was put on another flight it never was and got here four hours after landing.”
Fast forward a few days and her belongings have yet to be returned. “[My bag] has yet to be delivered to my house after three days of inconvenience because I have to wait four to six hours,” she continued. “[I] was told and reassured it’d be here by 11, now it won’t be here till 3 a.m.”
And getting in touch with the company has not been a pleasant experience either: “You absolutely lost my business forever. Also [American Airlines] won’t answer phones and hung up on me twice.”
The airline replied to Jauregui on Twitter, assuring her they were looking into it. “We’re very sorry to hear you haven’t received your bag, we’re taking a close look into this,” the airline tweeted the Fifth Harmony member.
“Our Bag Team has been working hard on this for you,” American Airlines continued.
