The Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson, opens up about his relationship to the “I Bet”; singer, Ciara, on their prenuptial plans.
Wilson tells The Rock church in San Diego that God spoke to him saying he needs to “lead”; Ciara.
“So I told her right then and there. I asked her what would you do if we took all that other stuff off the table, and did it Jesus’ way, no sex,”; he says. “If you can really love somebody without that, then you can really love somebody.”
Although Ciara agrees to abstaining, Wilson admits it has not been easy.
“I need y’all to pray for us,” he adds. “She’s a sweetheart. She’s everything you can ever want. She’s a special girl.”;
“She’s been through some heartaches. I’ve been through some heartaches. I was married before… That didn’t work out unfortunately,” Wilson continues. “For me, I trusted that God would do the healing process, and figure things out for me. I had gone through some ups and downs, so I had to really focus on walking in the spirit and living in it… So I met this girl named Ciara, the most beautiful woman in the world.”
