Sylvester Stallone To Demand Police Investigation After Being Accused Of Raping A Woman In 1990 – Report

Sylvester Stallone is reportedly set to demand a police investigation after a woman filed a report claiming he raped her 27 years ago.

According to TMZ, Stallone’s attorney, Marty Singer, said the woman in question recently filed the report with Santa Monica PD and the actor is ready to take action.

The publication states a reputable media outlet had approached Singer around a month ago to inform him the woman was claiming Stallone raped her in 1990 in his Santa Monica office.

Stallone, who denies the allegations, is said to have admitted he spent three days with the woman in 1987 during a movie shoot in Israel. However, not only does he insist she was not a minor and there was no rape, he also claimed he never saw her at all in 1990.

Sources have told TMZ the media outlet who contacted Singer refused to publish the woman’s story due to lack of evidence and because, at that time, she was yet to file a police report.

Singer is said to have contacted Santa Monica PD Tuesday night to confirm the report, but the investigations division was closed.

ET Canada has contacted Stallone’s rep for comment.

The latest news comes after Stallone vehemently denied an allegation suggesting he sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in 1986, when he was 40 years old.
