“Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” star K. Michelle is opening up about the many changes she’s made to her body.
During an interview with “The Real”, Michelle admitted feeling “insecure” before surgically enhancing her features, including her teeth, hips and butt.
“Now I’m to the point where I’ve been getting tired of it for years…now it’s to the point where it’s affecting my health,” she said.
Those butt implants, she says, are affecting her on a day-to-day basis. “We’re thinking that the aching and everything that made me go and get checked for lupus is due because…my butt is so big and my legs are not holding it,” she admits.

Finally, after years of struggling to find a doctor who would remove the enhancements, she found one who is willing do the procedure. “They’re removing the ‘foreign objects’ out of my body,” the reality star explains.
K. Michelle will undergo surgery Jan. 12.
