Kevin McKidd’s divorce has been finalized, with E! News confirming the “Grey’s Anatomy” star and Jane Parker are now officially divorced, with the divorce finalized on Dec. 22.

According to the divorce filing, the couple (who wed in 1999) split up in October 2015, but didn’t announce their separation until July of the following year; they share two children: son Joseph, 17, and daughter Iona, 15.

McKidd, 44, and his ex will share joint custody of their children, with McKidd to pay $22,440 per month in monthly child support, in addition to covering the full costs of the children’s private school and summer camp.

McKidd will also pay Parker $65,096 a month in spousal support, as well as 20 per cent of any income he receives that exceeds $3 million a year. He will stop paying child support after the children turn 18, at which point he’ll pay his ex an additional $12,147 a month in spousal support for four years.
The former spouses have also agreed to a “nesting arrangement” regarding physical custody, with the children to live at the family home in Los Angeles while each parent takes turns staying with them.

The divorce also stipulates that McKidd and Parker will each keep a house and share ownership of a third home in Malibu, while Parker will retain full ownership of a 2014 Chevy Volt.
