Mayer put forward his theory on Twitter Wednesday that the Ben Affleck film “The Accountant” is actually a secret origin story for the actor’s portrayal of Bruce Wayne.
Fans got in on the theory, throwing out more ways in which “The Accountant” connects with the Batman universe.
