Lindaay Lohan is jumping at the chance to make yet another comeback.
The troubled actress expressed interest in participating in a “woke” revamp of HBO’s “The Comeback” after comedian Billy Eichner suggested the remake on Twitter. “Who can I pay to make another season of The Comeback where Valerie Cherish gets ‘political’ and ‘woke?’” he asked on Twitter. “Please, I’m begging you. I need it.”
Lohan, who is now based in Dubai, came to Eichner’s rescue within minutes, responding: “I’ll do it.”

“Thanks Lindsay! I knew I could count on you!” the “Difficult People” star replied.
“The Comeback” starred Lisa Kudrow as sitcom actress Valerie Cherish, who attempted to regain Tinsletown’s spotlight. The show was cancelled after one disappointing season but was revived by HBO nine years later after developing a cult following.
Many of the scenes from the show were based on Kudrow’s real-life experiences following the end of her reign on NBC’s “Friends” as Phoebe Buffay.
On Friday, Kudrow herself joined in on the conversation with a short and mysterious tweet: “Interesting,” she wrote in response to Eichner and Lohan’s Twitter thread.
Kudrow confirmed the show would return for a third season in 2015, however, filming details have yet to be announced.

As the Daily Mail claims, Lohan finds herself in hot water with authorities once more after reportedly owing the IRS over $100,000 in back taxes. U.S. officials have issued a lien on the star, who currently resides in the United Arab Emirates.
Lohan last starred alongside “Harry Potter” actor Rupert Grint in the British series “Sick Note”.
