It seems like just yesteday James Corden was late night’s new kid on the block, but last night he celebrated his 50th episode of The Late Late Show.

To mark the occasion, Adam Lambert joined Corden (decked out in a Downton Abbey-style tux) for a duet of Queen favourite “We Are the Champions”; (a song Lambert knows pretty well, giving that he’s toured with the band, filling in for the late, great Freddie Mercury).

As a twist, Lambert switched up the lyrics a bit: “He is James Corden, my friends,”; he sang, “and he’ll host’ Late Late Show ’til the end.” Watch:
