Pink is set to sing the national anthem at the 52nd Super Bowl, it has been confirmed.

The 38-year-old will be taking to the stage before the game kicks off on February 4 at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

Pink will be joining fellow superstar Justin Timberlake at the annual sporting event, with the latter being announced as the halftime headliner back in October.

She follows in the footsteps of Luke Bryan, who belted out the “The Star-Spangled Banner” at Super Bowl LI in Houston last year.

The likes of Lady Gaga, Idina Menzel, Kelly Clarkson, and Alicia Keys have also previously done the honours.

Timberlake recently spoke to Pepsi about what fans can expect from his eagerly anticipated performance, admitting he wants to see everybody shaking their booty at some point during the show.

The singer shared, “What I want to do is put together a performance that feels like it unifies. I feel like that would be the ultimate accomplishment.”
