On Monday, Jimmy Fallon returned to the Tonight Show after severely injuring his hand in a freak accident, and last night guest Ryan Seacrest commiserated by sharing an accident anecdote of his own.
It seems the American Idol host was vacationing in Cabo San Lucas and decided he wanted to try out the suite’s outdoor shower. It did not go well; instead of enjoying a relaxing shower, Seacrest wound up shattering the shower’s glass door — while stark naked.
“Obviously, with my great strength, I broke it so easily,”; quipped Seacrest, revealing he was left battered and bloody with cuts on his head and hand.
After comparing injuries with Fallon, Seacrest shared a secret that helped him recuperate: “There’s a place called the Tequila Bar,” he said, “and that solved all my problems.”; Watch:
