You may think you’ve been on a few bad Tinder dates, but this could be up there with one of the worst.
James Corden and Sally Hawkins took part in a hilarious “Late Late Show” skit Tuesday, which saw them poking fun at the fact the actress’ character, Elisa Esposito, falls in love with a mer-creature in her latest movie “The Shape of Water.”
The clip sees Corden and Hawkins meet up for a Tinder date in a restaurant, with the latter expecting to see the dark-haired handsome man she thought she’d been chatting with. However, instead she comes face-to-face with Corden, who is dressed as a green sea monster.
Tuesday’s show also saw Corden poke fun at Donald Trump once again, with him mocking the president for seemingly forgetting the words to the national anthem.

After showing a clip of Trump attempting to sing along to the words, the presenter joked: “In Trump’s defence, it’s hard to sing a song while you’re trying to compose tweets in your head.”
