Scarlett Johansson will reprise her “Avengers” role as Black Widow. Although the movie has not officially been greenlit, deciding on a writer is the farthest the potential film has ever progressed.

Schaeffer, a relatively new writer among Hollywood’s most trusted, broke out with her script “The Show”, which caught the eye of Hathaway. Afterwards, Hathaway tapped Schaeffer to write “Nasty Women,” a female-focused take on “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels”.
