**Spoilers ahead for “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”**
If you haven’t seen “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” yet, read no further.
Fans have been debating several aspects of “The Last Jedi” and now, director Rian Johnson has waded into the online fray to settle one of the disputes surrounding the film.
On Friday, Johnson posted a series of photos to Twitter in a thread in an attempt to end the discussion around the hologram Luke Skywalker at the end of “The Last Jedi”. Johnson has some answers for viewers who took issue with Skywalker’s use of a “Force ghost” in his face-off against Kylo Ren, settling the debate once and for all in the best way possible.
After consulting the “sacred” Jedi texts, Johnson ends the debate with a nod to “The Simpsons”, signalling the end of his involvement.
Just like Skywalker, Johnson is brushing those haters off.
