Justin Timberlake’s rollout for “Man of the Woods” continues with full momentum.

The singer teamed up with country star Chris Stapleton for a master class song called “Say Something”. The only thing better than the song, arguably, is the unsuspecting music video.

Timberlake’s “Say Something” visuals start off simple enough, with the artist singing, using a soundboard and playing guitar in an empty, dark-lit setting. Climbing into an old-timey elevator, JT plays across Stapleton, who strums a guitar and sings on a parallel balcony.

The two artists meet up and walk down a hallway together, performing next to one another. At the soulful ballad’s climax, a massive choir appears on stairways and balconies. The added heft of the choir makes for a spectacular visual-audio experience.

And, with improvised commentary from Timberlake, the whole thing plays out like an elaborate live television performance.

“Man of the Woods” is scheduled to drop on Feb. 2, two days before Timberlake’s much anticipated Super Bowl LII halftime show.
