Actress Tricia Helfer has filed for divorce to end her 13-year marriage to attorney Jonathan Marshall.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the former “Battlestar Galactica” star is citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for divorce, listing the date of separation as May 12, 2017.
Helfer, a native of Alberta, married Marshall in 2003; they have no children together.

In her court filing, Helfer is requesting that neither she nor Marshall be paid any spousal support, while a prenuptial agreement stipulates that any property will be divided equally.
Back in December, Variety reported that the 43-year-old actress, currently seen on Fox’s “Lucifer”, purchased a $2-million home in Sherman Oaks, California.
