Music mogul Quincy Jones reveals he has 22 girlfriends – and they all know about each other.
The legendary music producer and songwriter opened up about his love life in a candid interview with GQ where he admits to having relationships with a bevy of beautiful women from around the world.
“Hell yeah. Everywhere,” the 84-year-old said of his worldwide women. “Cape Town. Cairo. Stockholm – she’s coming in next week. Brazil – Belo Horizonte, São Paulo, and Rio. Shanghai – got a great girl over there from Shanghai, man. Cairo, whew.”

Jones says it’s the women in his life all know about one another.
“Yeah, I don’t lie. And it’s amazing – women get it, man. Don’t you ever forget they’re 13 years smarter than we are. Don’t you ever forget it,” he says.
Jones says the women range in age from “28 to 42” which he admits are made up numbers so his six daughters – including Rashida Jones who is 41 – don’t feel as though he is dating someone much younger than they are. “Well, my daughters gave me new numbers, because they kept saying, ‘Dad, you can’t go out with girls younger than us.’ I said, ‘Y’all are not young anymore.…'”
“When you’ve been a dog all your life, God gives you beautiful daughters and you have to suffer,” he says. “I love ’em so much. They’re here all the time.”
But age isn’t quite just a number for Jones, who says he’d never date a woman his own age.
“Hell no! You see me with an 84-year-old woman? Are you crazy?” he replies. “These women, the young ones, are aggressive now. Oh my God, they’re fearless, man. All over the world.”
Jones has been married three times and has seven children from his various relationships. His first marriage was to actress Jeri Caldwell from 1957 to 1966. He wed Swedish model Ulla Andersson in 1967. In 1974, he divorced Andersson and wed actress Peggy Lipton, producing two daughters, Rashida and Kidada. The couple split in 1990. Jones then dated model-actress Natassja Kinski, the mother of his youngest child, from 1991 to 1995.
“[I] was told not to marry actresses or singers. I ended up with two actresses, Peggy Lipton and Nastassja Kinski and a superstar model. I didn’t listen to all the advice,” he says.
