Armie Hammer And Timothee Chalamet Have A ‘Call Me By Your Name’ Dance Party In Streets With Italian Fans

“Call Me By Your Name” stars Armie Hammer and Timothee Chalamet had a late-night dance party in the streets of Crema, Italy, with fans following the screening of their Academy Award-nominated film.

Hammer’s dance moves in the film have already become a viral sensation, so naturally, fans wanted to bust a move with him  — especially with an invite directly from the 31-year-old actor.

Video of dozens of fans dancing in the street with Hammer and Chalamet turned up on social media on Tuesday. In the posts, fans can be heard chanting “Party in the Duomo” as the actors exit their car and immediately begin jumping up and down with the crowd.

Hammer, Chalamet, and the film’s director, Luca Guadagnino returned to the town of Crema in Northern Italy where they shot the movie for a special screening. But, according to Hammer, no one showed up.

“We came all the way to Crema for this screening and no one showed up…,” Hammer tweeted along with a picture of the empty cinema before the screening began.

The actor also shared a photo of his wife, Elizabeth Chambers, learning how to “dab” in the empty auditorium.

Following the outdoor dance party in Crema, Hammer tweeted his thanks to the fans.
