An amended lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservator accuses Nick Gordon of giving the 22-year-old a “toxic cocktail”; prior to plunging her face into a tub of water.
The revised papers hit Gordon with a wrongful death count. The correction to the accusations come after an original suit was filed on June 24, claiming that Gordon was physically and emotionally abusive.
According to the papers, Gordon arrived at the home he shared with Brown at 6 a.m on January 31 after “being out all night on a cocaine and drinking binge.”;
That night, the suit claims that an argument between Brown and Gordon escalated quickly as the couple moved from the living room to the master bedroom.
The heated dispute, which allegedly included accusations of cheating and involved name-calling from Gordon, lasted for 30 minutes before “everything abruptly became quiet.”;
The amendment continues by claiming that Gordon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”; After emerging from the bedroom in different clothing, the 25-year-old supposedly joined another female guest in bed, telling her “now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”;
The revisions also claim that Brown’s unconscious body was discovered 15 minutes later after a guest checked in on her in the bathtub. Brown was found unresponsive with “a swollen mouth”; and a loosely hanging tooth.
The suit goes on to allege further that Gordon re-enter the bathroom, emptied out the water from the tub and told others to “clean, up, clean up.”; Efforts were then made by Gordon and guests to resuscitate Brown.
Brown died on July 26 after being kept in a medically induced coma and transferred into an Atlanta area hospice.
