Ivanka Trump is once again under fire, this time for marking the start of Black History Month with a tweet.
The First Daughter tweeted about the occasion by recognizing the work of black civil rights leaders Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The next part of Trump’s tweet didn’t go over too well, though. She continued by stating that Black History Month is about bringing opportunity to “all Americans, regardless of race or background.”
The reaction from Twitter users was swift, calling the President’s daughter out for using “all lives matter” rhetoric.
People also took issue with Trump’s father’s actions as president, accusing him of racism after his reaction to the Charlottesville violence.
