Richard Pryor’s Daughter Hits Out At ‘Infuriating’ Claims Suggesting Her Father Had Sex With Marlon Brando

Quincy Jones may have recently claimed Richard Pryor and Marlon Brando had had sex, but the comedian’s daughter Rain has now insisted this is not the case.

The 48-year-old took to Facebook to post a lengthy message, which included: “Daddy did NOT have relations with Brando. There were no trips to his South Pacific Oasis, no flowers or love notes between. Not even a film role.

“Why this sudden need to drag Daddy through the Hollywood mud? I find it tasteless and infuriating. At least get the details right, but of course we live in the age of faux news is real unless we disagree for our own agendas, and people need to stay relevant by dishing dirt.”

Jones has been making headlines recently due to a freewheeling interview with Vulture that raised plenty of eyebrows because of some wild claims, including: The Beatles were “the worst musicians in the world;” Michael Jackson was a “greedy” song thief; he went on a date with Ivanka Trump; and that he knows who really killed JFK.

However, the claim that caused a collective “Say what?” was when the 84-year-old music icon casually remarked that actor Brando had slept with writer James Baldwin, singer Marvin Gaye, and Pryor.

“He was the most charming motherf**ker you ever met,” said Jones of Brando in the interview. “He’d f**k anything. Anything! He’d f**k a mailbox. James Baldwin. Richard Pryor. Marvin Gaye… He did not give a f**k!”

Jones’ claim about Brando and Pryor struck a cord in the Twitterverse, leading to numerous Twitter users relentlessly goofing on him in an array of hilarious tweets — including Oscar winner Don Cheadle, who had this to say:

And there were plenty more, including one from comedian Patton Oswalt:

Pryor’s widow (whom he married twice, in 1981 — they divorced in 1982 — and again in 2001), also weighed in, with her issuing a NSFW tweet about the way things went down during the wild and crazy ’70s:
