Mark Salling Case Dismissed After His Death

Mark Salling’s case has been dismissed.

According to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Otis Wright signed off on officially dismissing the former “Glee” actor’s case without prejudice after he was found dead near his Sunland, California, home last week. He was 35 years old.

Salling was awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography when he died, and on Feb. 1, a Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office spokesperson confirmed to ET that the death was ruled a suicide by hanging.
