Liam Gallagher said his brother Noel was “worse than Donald Trump” as he appeared at Wednesday’s NME Awards in London.
Former Oasis star Liam, 45, who has had an infamous long-running feud with his sibling, was asked who his biggest villain was at the event.
The musician replied: “Gotta be Noel. I’m being serious. You’re laughing, but he’s worse than Kim-Jun f**king Tung or whatever he’s called.”
“And he’s worse than Donald Trump. He’s the biggest liar and biggest faker in the business, so yeah, him. He’s worse than Piers Morgan as well,” Liam went on to tell the Press Association.
He did add though: “Me and my brother made some good music. And I guess the attitude was just as important as the music.”
Liam, who picked up the Godlike Genius Award at Wednesday’s bash, regularly speaks out about Noel and the latter also gives as good as he gets.
Noel recently slammed Liam’s new solo material to i-D and said his brother sounded “like Adele singing into a bucket.”
He explained, “I’ve heard ‘Wall of Glass’. But I’m not a fan so I wouldn’t listen to it.”
“I’m not sure I can be arsed formulating an opinion on a record that’s written by an army of songwriters. Isn’t the one from One Direction doing that? The little Irish fella with the acoustic? At least he has the decency to play a guitar. I’m not a fan. I have nothing to say about it,” he said.
