UPDATE: Thursday, Aug. 20 (3:59 p.m. ET) – In a curious twist, the original statement from Josh Duggar has vanished, only to be replaced by an amended version of the same statement that deletes Duggar’s admission that he developed a secret addiction to Internet porn.

The original sentence (in the original statement, below) reads: “While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.”;

However, the new version states simply: “While espousing faith and family values, I have been unfaithful to my wife.”;

In addition, the earlier statement alluded to his admitted molestation of underage girls “when I was 14-15,”; apologizing for having “re-broken”; the trust that “family, close friends and the fans of our show”; had placed in him.

The original sentence: “I brought hurt and a reproach to my family, close friends and the fans of our show with my actions that happened when I was 14-15 years old, and now I have re-broken their trust.”;

The new version: “I have brought hurt and a reproach to my family, close friends and the fans of our show with my actions.”;

Here’s the amended, porn-free statement from Josh Duggar, in its entirety:

I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have been unfaithful to my wife.

I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.

I have brought hurt and a reproach to my family, close friends and the fans of our show with my actions.

The last few years, while publicly stating I was fighting against immorality in our country I was hiding my own personal failures.

As I am learning the hard way, we have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences. I deeply regret all the hurt I have caused so many by being such a bad example.

I humbly ask for your forgiveness. Please pray for my precious wife Anna and our family during this time.

UPDATE: Thursday, Aug. 20 (2:16 p.m. ET) – Just when Josh Duggar thought the worst was behind him after 19 Kids and Counting“s cancellation following the revelation he had sexually abused five minor girls (two of them his own sisters) came yesterday’s bombshell that the disgraced reality star had at least two accounts with online dating site Ashley Madison, which specializes in hooking up attached people looking to cheat on their significant others.

Seemingly caught red-handed after the site’s customer info was hacked and shared online, Josh Duggar has released a statement in which he admits that yes, that’s him on Ashley Madison, which makes the former spokesman for faith-based family values “the biggest hypocrite ever.”;

While he neither confirms nor denies that he actually had an affair via Ashley Madison (although he paid extra to ensure an “affair guarantee”;), Duggar admits to being “unfaithful to my wife.”;

Josh’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar also released a statement about their son’s online shenanigans, claiming “when we learned of this late last night our hearts were broken.”;

Here, in it’s entirety, is Josh Duggar’s statement:

Josh Duggar

While the statements were initially posted on the Duggar family website, it appears as if they have been removed. “The page you have requested does not exist or is undergoing routine maintenance”; is the message received when trying to access “Michelle’s Blog”; on the Duggar website.

Former reality TV star, Josh Duggar, of “19 Kids And Counting”; has been caught in the recent hack of the online spousal-cheating site, Ashley Madison, that shows he had two separate accounts paying close to $1000.

Duggar was named the executive director of the Family Research Council whose motto is “to champion marriage and family as the foundation of civilization, the seedbed of virtue, and the wellspring of society.”

In May 2015, Duggar was forced to resign after reports of him sexually molesting his sisters.

According to Gawker,  Duggar is now taking another hit after the hack shows that someone by the same name, and with the same home address created two monthly subscriptions with Ashley Madison, from February 2013 until May 2015.

The data shows that Duggar was looking for a partner to do acts such as experimenting with sex toys, one-night stands, sex talk, sharing fantasies and bubble baths.

The data also shows that he was looking for women who are drug free, classy, creative and adventurous, disease free, relaxed, easy going and the girl next door.

The two accounts overlap by a couple months, showing that Duggar paid an initial $250 fee, on top of the $986.76, that goes towards an “affair guarantee”;.
