Montel Williams is no fan of the Duggars, and slams the 19 Kids and Counting family as “freaks of nature”; in a scathing Twitter attack.

While the family gained fame through their TLC talk show chronicling the travails of a couple who spawned more offspring that would seem humanly possibly, the Duggars also gained notoriety for their extreme religious views and now-disgraced Josh Duggar’s role as a spokesperson for the right-wing Family Research Council, a lobbying organization that promotes “traditional family values”; while railing against abortion, same-sex marriage, stem-cell research and pornography.

Following yesterday’s admission from Josh Duggar that he is “the biggest hypcrite ever”; after being “unfaithful to my wife”; (to say nothing of a now-deleted statement in which he blamed his infidelity on becoming addicted to online porn), talk show host Montel Williams is blasting the holier-than-thou family with both barrels, singling out the Duggars’ anti-gay stance.

Following the earlier scandal, in which the family was discovered to have covered up Josh’s sexual abuse of five underage girls (two of them his own sisters), he ripped the Duggars in a Facebook post in which he said: “Nothing about these people is real. Nothing about these people isn’t hypocritical.”;
