The cast of “The Fosters” just shot the final episode of their beloved family drama, and they went on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to talk about the experience.

Stars Teri Polo, Sherri Saum, Maia Mitchell, David Lambert, Cierra Ramirez, Hayden Byerly and Noah Centineo stopped by the show Monday.

“It was like having a cordial end to a beautiful relationship,” Byerly said of filming the series finale, set to air in March.

DeGeneres also asked the cast if they stole any mementos from the set before leaving. Saum implied that she might have taken a copper pan that hung in the family’s kitchen on the show.

The host then surprised the cast with a wrap gift in the form of one long, giant sweater for them all to wear at the same time, and they all made sure to try it on together right there on the show.

Earlier in the show, DeGeneres introduced the cast by having them play a game of “Blindfolded Musical Chairs”.

Members of the ‘Fosters’ cast hilariously crawled on the floor to find chairs whenever the music stopped, with Polo, Saum, and Byerly facing off in the final round.
