‘SNL’ Alum Colin Quinn Offers Update After Suffering Heart Attack On Valentine’s Day

Leave it to a sketch comedy star to suffer a serious, yet comedically tragic health scare.

Colin Quinn, 58, had a heart attack on Valentine’s Day 2018, breaking the news on Twitter with a light-hearted tweets.

“My heart broke on Valentines Day. Literally,” he tweeted. “I am currently doing well although if I dropped dead you would see a funeral like Al Capone!” He also shared a more serious sentiment, as Quinn noted how “we aren’t guaranteed tomorrow.”

The Global‘s “Saturday Night Live” alum gave worried fans an update on his condition, thanking supporters for their well wishes and chastising those who made light of his heart attack.

A rep for Quinn told People the “Trainwreck” actor is “doing great.”
