Seems like Gucci was going for a hospital horror theme for its Fall/Winter 2018 runway show during Milan Fashion Week.
Creative director, Alessandro Michele is known for his creative runways, and this presentation was no exception.
Michele’s runway was set up to replicate a surgical room, with the walls painted a shade of turquoise and a surgical stretcher and lights on display.
In addition to this spooky decor, Michele had a few models walk down the runway holding an exact replica of their heads.
Allowing the viewers to really get the feel of what Michele was going for, the Creative Director teamed up with visual effects house Makinarium to produce the life-like replicas.
The show also included some unusual and spooky sound effects, like Gregorian choir music mixed with the sounds of a phone being dialed and a clock ticking.
Fans headed straight to social media to share how they really felt about the unique runway show.
