Following a computer hack that divulged the personal, private information of more than 30 million people who registered with a controversial dating website in hopes of cheating on their spouses, what’s next for Ashely Madison?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, next on the agenda is an Ashley Madison TV show, with Toronto-based production company Marblemedia working on bringing the prospective project — a scripted drama tentatively tiled Thank You Ashley Madison — to the small screen.

The story will focus on a wife and mother who launches a cheater-to-cheater website in order to earn money to support her family.

“There are a lot of TV shows doing a great job of presenting marriage storylines in new ways, but what we’re positing here is, what if there is a third lane to run in and what if you were honest about it?”; producer Courtney Hazlett tells THR.

Naturally, she adds, the recent hack of the site will definitely be explored in the show in some fashion. “What if you didn’t need a hack to have this conversation?” says Hazlett. “Maybe this is where your life just is, and no shows on television are offering that.”;

Confirms Marblemedia co-CEO Matt Hornburg: “We are in the early stages of developing a scripted series inspired by the site which, given the events from the past week, make the themes explored more timely.”
