The First New Song From ‘Frozen: The Broadway Musical’ Is Here

“Frozen” fans prepare yourselves – it looks like Elsa has a new song to sing.

“Monster” is the first new song to be released from Frozen: The Broadway Musical. Penned by Oscar-winning lyricists Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, this emotional ballad is in Act Two for Elsa, played by Caissie Levy.

The Broadway production of the family film will feature 12 brand new original songs. Production is slated to release a new song from the soundtrack each week for the next three weeks.

Those songs include “What Do You Know About Love?”, a duet between Anna and Kristoff, played by Patti Murin and Jelani Alladin; “Dangerous to Dream”, an Elsa solo; and “True Love”, an Anna solo.

Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical is now playing at the iconic St. James Theatre in New York City.
