The “Red Sparrow” star first hinted at the series, mentioning that she was executive-producing a show with Sadler at an event at The Wing in New York Friday night.

Entertainment Weekly is now reporting that Lawrence was referencing a documentary series focused on issues facing women in the workplace, particularly the gender pay gap.

Lawrence has been outspoken on the issue of the wage gap between ben and women. In 2015 she wrote an open letter about the experience of negotiating her salary on the film “American Hustle”.
