As the race continues for the U.S. Republican presidential nomination — or, as it’s better known, The Donald Trump Show — the bombastic billionaire continues to top the polls with his increasingly outlandish behaviour only serving to increase his popularity.

In his latest stunt, The Donald is firing back at The New York Times after a front-page article about his brouhaha with a Univision reporter referenced Trump as “el homgre del peluquin,”; which translates from Spanish into “the man of the toupee.”;

“I don’t wear a toupee,”; insisted Trump, and invited a woman onstage to prove it. “We’re gonna settle this. Just come on up here,”; he said, asking her to pull on his hair to prove it’s the real deal.

“This is crazy,”; quipped Trump, offering the hair-puller some advice. “Just real quick — we don’t want to mess it up too much, ’cause I do use hair spray.”; Watch:
