Fans of the cult-classic cinematic trainwreck known as “The Room” are looking forward to the upcoming release of “Best F(r)iends”, reteaming the earlier film’s writer/director/producer/star Tommy Wiseau and co-star Greg Sestero, who chronicled his experiences working with Wiseau in “The Disaster Artist” (which was then made into a film by James Franco).

This time out, Sestero is the screenwriter while Wiseau sticks to acting, with directorial duties handled by Justin McGregor.

As this just-released trailer indicates, “Best F(r)iends” promises a wild ride, featuring snippets of the pair apparently breaking into an ATM machine, in addition to a clown on a slab in a morgue, somebody catching on fire, Sestero’s character covered in blood, a cowboy-style gunfight and a plenty of footage featuring Wiseau dancing maniacally.

Meanwhile, “Best F(r)iends” tells a story that is apparently too big for a single movie, and will be released as two “volumes.” Screenings for the first volume will be held on Mar. 30 and Apr. 2, followed by screenings of volume two on Jun. 1 and Jun. 4.
