Leonardo DiCaprio is protecting his name yet again. “The Wolf Of Wall Street”; actor is suing French magazine Crazy!  for claiming he is living with “FourFiveSeconds”; singer, Rihanna.

According to Gossip Cop, the 40-year-old is suing for 10,000 euros, approximately US$11,225, for damages and invasion of privacy, and another 3,000 euros, approximately $3,370, for legal fees.

Crazy! is owned by Frederic Truskolask, the same publisher of the previous magazine DiCaprio successfully sued for claims that he and Rihanna were having a child and he “didn’t want anything to do with it.’

The “Titanic”; actor is once again seeking to “stop the illegal exploitation of his name, his image, reputation and privacy for commercial ends.”

The case notes that regardless of DiCaprio’s fame and fortune, the French law must respect one’s private life and image. Pictures and personal information, whether it is true or not, cannot be published unless they have been “supplied voluntarily by the parties”.

Just as in the case against Oops!, DiCaprio and his legal team are asking that the next issue of Crazy! be published in big letters that the magazine has been “condemned by request of Leonardo DiCaprio”.
