Tiffany Haddish may have crossed Beyonce, but she’s just happy to be on the Queen’s mind in the first place.
The “Girls Trip” star responded Friday to what many believe are references to her in Beyonce’s verse on the new DJ Khaled song “Top Off”, also featuring Jay-Z and Future.
Fans believe the line in question, “If they’re tryna [sic] party with the queen, they gon’ have to sign a nondisclosure,” is a clear jab at Haddish for talking publicly on “Uncensored” about meeting Beyonce at a party and seeing her shut down an actress who was touching Jay-Z.
The reference hasn’t been confirmed, but Haddish doesn’t mind either way. Instead she’s actually excited at the idea of being the subject of a line in a Beyonce song.
When a fan pointed out on Twitter that it sounds like after the diss, Beyonce can be heard quietly saying “Tiffany,” the actress only got more excited, doing a dance in celebration.
Another Twitter user also tried calling Haddish’s attention to the diss, but again the actress took it in stride.
Haddish also responded to the fact that she spoke publicly about a private incident involving Beyonce, calling the singer a “superhero.”
