Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are determined that their children understand the value of providing for themselves, and Kutcher explained why during an appearance on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast.
As Kutcher told Shepard, he and Kunis won’t be leaving any of their money to daughter Wyatt, 3, and son Dimitri, 15 months.
“My kids are living in a very privileged life… and they don’t know it. They will never know it because this is the only [life] that they will know,” he explained.
“I’m not setting up a trust for them, we’ll end up giving our money away to charity and to various things,” Kutcher said.
“And so if my kids want to start a business and they have a good business plan, I’ll invest in it but they’re not getting trusts,” he added. “So hopefully they’ll be motivated to have what they had or some version of what they had.”
During the podcast, the longtime friends also discussed working together on “Punk’d”, what it’s like to be married to “powerhouse ladies” and ” their mutual struggle against balding.”
