Bon Jovi is back on top.

The band’s 13th studio album took back its place at the top of the Billboard 200 chart for a second week.

“This House Is Not for Sale” moved 120,000 equivalent album sales in the week ending Mar. 1, according to Nielsen Music.

The album fell from the top spot following its debut week in Nov. 2016, but was propelled back to number one thanks to concert ticket/album sales redemption offered with Bon Jovi’s upcoming U.S. tour.

The last album to achieve such a feat was Chris Stapleton’s “Traveller”.

“This House Is Not for Sale” toppled “Black Panther: The Album”, which slid to the number two spot.

Migos’ “Culture II” moved to number three, while rapper 6ix9ine’s debut effort “Day69” is firmly planted at number four.
