‘Star Wars’ Character Has Trouble With Languages In Hilarious Unaired ‘SNL’ Sketch

A cut sketch from this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live” raises some very important questions about the “Star Wars” universe.

In the hilarious clip, cut for time from the Global comedy series, “The Force Awakens” director J.J. Abrams introduces a clip from a standalone “Star Wars” spin-off called “The Mos Eisley Five”.

Everything starts off well, with the ragtag crew negotiating with aliens. The only problem is, one of the crew members, played by guest host Charles Barkley, can’t understand a word of their alien languages.

Things get even funnier when Barkley realizes everyone else is multilingual, leaving him completely in the dark when things start to take a bad turn.
