Stephen Colbert’s ‘Late Show’ Debut To Be Super-Sized!

If you’re planning on tuning into the debut of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday (and why wouldn’t you?), plan on staying up a bit later than you expected, because the premiere episode is going to be super-sized.

Although the start time remains 11:35 p.m., Colbert’s first show will be running a bit long, and won’t finish until 12:44 p.m., reveals a CBS program advisory released today — also good info for anyone planning to record the show on the DVR so as not to miss the end.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert premieres Tuesday, Sept. 8 at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on Global, featuring guests George Clooney, Republican Presidential candidate Jeb Bush, and a musical performance by Late Show bandleader Jon Batiste and his band, Stay Human, along with some surprise special guests.
