Becca Kufrin has had a wild week; first the reality star re-lived her proposal on live television which concluded Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of “The Bachelor”, only to be dumped shortly after. And to top it all off, Kufrin had to watch her ex-fiance propose to runner-up Lauren Burnham.
But it was made worthwhile when Kufrin, a fan-favourite from Luyendyk’s season, became “The Bachelorette”.
In an interview with “Good Morning America”, Kufrin opened up about her excitement for her upcoming season, “My heart is in the right place. I know what I want. I’m ready for it,” she said.
Adding, “I’m ready, I’m excited. I know all of the love I have to give.”
And the new “Bachelorette” is confident this time around she will be successful in finding love, “I’ve been in love in the past. I was in love with Arie. I know I’ll find it again.”
Even still, Kufrin has nothing but good things to say about Luyendyk, “Just to wish him the best and let him know that I forgive him for everything. He followed his heart and I understand that.”
