After reports surfaced indicating Matt Damon is packing up his family and heading Down Under because he’s had enough of Donald Trump, a rep for the actor says it’s simply not true.

“Matt has visited Australia several times recently, but he has not bought a house there nor is he moving there,” his rep tells ET Canada on Thursday.

The comments come after Page Six sources claimed the actor disagrees with a number of Trump administration policies and is “fed up” with the president. Damon, who is an activist and supports a number of charities, including Water.org, UNICEF, and the ONE Campaign, among many others, was alleged to have been telling his friends he plans to move to Australia with wife Luciana Barroso and their four children and had purchased property next door to Chris Hemsworth.

While a move may not be in the cards now, if the actor does decide to vacate the U.S., his schedule is relatively clear with no acting gigs on the docket. He is currently prodding a big-screen adaptation of Agatha Christie’s “Witness for the Prosecution” with longtime pal Ben Affleck set to star.
