A piece of Hollywood history is hitting the market, and it can be yours for just US$1.4 million.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the Los Angeles home featured in Quentin Tarantino’s game-changing 1994 hit “Pulp Fiction” is up for sale, with the Studio City rancher being sold by L.A. real estate firm The Agency.

If you’re wondering which house from the movie (fans will recall there were several featured), this is the one that doubled for the home of Jimmie (played by director Quentin Tarantino), visited by hapless hitmen Vincent (John Travolta) and Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) as they seek help after accidentally blasting Marvin’s (Phil Lamarr) brains all over the inside of their car.

Despite the hefty price, buyers won’t be purchasing a home so much as a “development opportunity,” with “plans and permits fully approved and paid for,’ notes the listing.

“Shovel ready to begin construction on an approximately 4,200-square-foot residence (including garage and patio),” the listing continues.
