If you’ve ever found yourself watching a horror movie on Netflix and then bailing before the end because you were too scared to see what happened next, new data from the streaming service indicates that you’re not alone.
As Forbes reports, Netflix has shared a list of 10 fright flicks currently streaming that are so terrifying that numerous viewers had to turn them off before the end.
According to Netflix’s criteria, viewers must have made it through at least 70 per cent of the movie, under the rationale that if those watching simply didn’t like the movie, they would have quit watching long before that.
Here, in no particular order, are 10 movies that made Netflix viewers turn off en masse before reaching the horrifying conclusion:
- “Cabin Fever” (2016)
- “Carnage Park”
- “The Conjuring”
- “The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence”
- “México Bárbaro”
- “Piranha” (2010)
- “The Void”
