With celebrity clientele including Margot Robbie, Dakota Johnson, Selena Gomez and Michelle Williams, fashion guru Kate Young was given the top spot for a third time, after previously earning the title in 2012 and 2016.

As reported by the magazine, Young “boasted 1.3 billion media impressions for her styling during Oscar week of Robbie,” who was also named “the new ambassador for Chanel the day of the show.”

Following Young is stylist Elizabeth Saltzman, who appears on one of the issue’s four covers with “Lady Bird” star and three-time Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan.
