Priyanka Chopra does not hold back in her brand new interview for the May issue of ELLE Canada, with her discussing everything from the secret to getting over failure to how she stays ambitious.
The 35-year-old actress, who is also a Bollywood star, a Miss World winner, and a singer, looks as stunning as ever on the cover of the latest issue of the mag, and she makes sure to promote self-confidence in the accompanying chat.
Chopra, who has been a part of the industry for almost two decades, explains in quotes exclusively obtained by ET Canada: “I’ve been in this business for 18 years now, and you reach a point where you know what you’re doing. I don’t want that.”
The star adds that she wants to continue to challenge herself, telling the publication, “I want to refine myself artistically and find my new creative voice, my evolved voice. I’m on a quest to do that, whether it’s as a producer, a writer, an actor, or a musician. I’m on a ‘find myself’ sort of journey.”

Chopra, who is now starring in the TV thriller “Quantico”, discusses the fact that females will see other females in magazines and automatically want to be them.
However, she insists: “When you see Bruce Willis saving the world and blowing up helicopters in a crisp white shirt, men don’t ask why you’re setting a standard for men to look like that. Why do women have to feel that way about it?”

“Seeing a pretty girl shouldn’t make us feel bad about ourselves. When I was younger, I didn’t see people who looked like me in magazines. That doesn’t mean I didn’t aspire to it. I got inspired by the other achievers I saw and made myself the best version of me,” Chopra shares.
