Lloyd Robertson is “still in one piece” after getting into a car accident Thursday morning.
The former CTV News anchor was on his way to the CP24 studio to send off CP24 Breakfast host Steve Anthony when another vehicle hit his car, The Toronto Star reports, causing him to spin out, hit the median and then hit a van, causing it to roll over.

A CP24 reporter went to the scene to cover the accident and, in a special treat for viewers, Robertson got into his old anchor mode and gave a detailed account of the accident in a live report.
Robertson gave viewers a look at the serious damage to the front of his SUV, but thankfully he was not hurt.

“Luckily, minor injuries for everyone involved. At this point, a traffic nightmare for everybody else,” said Const. Clint Stibbe on the air.
