In a collaboration that nobody saw coming, Mila Kunis is teaming up with shock-rocker Rob Zombie for a new horror-comedy series for the U.S. Starz cable channel.
Titled Trapped, Kunis and Zombie (who, in addition to his rock-star duties, has carved out a second career as a horror-movie director) will serve as exec producers, reports Deadline.
Trapped, notes Deadline, “takes places over a single night in the home of a wealthy family under attack by a murderous cult.”

“We’re excited to work in partnership with Rob Zombie as well as Mila Kunis and her Orchard Farm Productions associates Susan Curtis, Cami Curtis and Lisa Sterbakov on this horror comedy series,” Starz Managing Director Carmi Zlotnik said in the announcement.
No word yet on casting or when Trapped is likely to make it on the air.
