Kanye West’s anticipated concert last night at the famed Hollywood Bowl did not go off as planned when the rapper was forced to stop things dead in their tracks due to some technical malfunctions.
TMZ reports that West struggled with the timing on backing tracks, which were out of sync with what he was doing, and and one point ordered that the audio be cut.

The problem seemed to stem from technical difficulties, and Gossip Cop points out that he was unable to do a pre-show rehearsal due to local noise ordinances, telling the crowd: “This is the best dress rehearsal I’ve ever had.”

Regardless of glitches, Kanye’s show — in which he performed his 2008 album 808s & Heartbreak in its entirety — was a star-studded affair, with special guests such as Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Kid Cudi and Zoe Kravitz joining Kanye onstage. Watch:
