Katy Perry may have worked with an array of incredible artists but there’s still one person in particular left on her duets bucket list: Lady Gaga.
Perry, 33, made the revelation on Monday night’s “American Idol”, saying that Lady Gaga will always be one of her favourite artists.
“I have mad respect for a lot of people. I love a lot of different artists out there. Of course, I’ve been a longtime fan of Madonna, but you know, I love Gaga so much.
“I think she’s such a beautiful, mystical, magical woman. And I’d love to share the stage with her at some time.”
This certainly isn’t the first time Perry has opened up about her love for Gaga, 32, previously saying that the pair held hands after Hillary Clinton lost the election to Donald Trump.
Despite Gaga and Perry also being pictured alongside Madonna a few years ago, Madonna and Gaga still don’t get along.
The “Born This Way” hitmaker said on her “Gaga: Five Foot Two” Netflix documentary when criticizing the singer for feuding with her through the media rather than to her face: “I just want Madonna to f**king push me up against the wall and kiss me and tell me I’m a piece of s**t.”
Perry’s latest comments come as 12 “American Idol” hopefuls from the Top 24 teamed up with some famous guest musicians during the latest instalment of the show.
