Walmart Yodeling Kid Brings His Hank Williams Classic To ‘Ellen’

Viral sensation Mason Ramsey has made his way to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”.

The youngster shot to fame with his impressive yodeling skills featured in his Walmart performance of Hank Williams Sr.’s “Lovesick Blues”.

The 11-year-old Illinois native chatted with DeGeneres about his Walmart performances, before singing his rendition of the country classic.

“Yeah, but I’m a country boy,” he told DeGeneres, 60, when she asked if he liked Los Angeles. “And out in the old country, all we do is bale straws of hay, and next thing you know you’re sittin’ under a tree takin’ a nap with your hat down and a weed in your mouth.”

Ramsey also told the morning show how he’s performed at Walmart “like 50,000 times.”
