Chris Evans Shares First Moment He Met His Dog, Dodger

To celebrate #NationalPetDay “Avengers: Infinity War” star Chris Evans shared a particularly heartwarming moment when he first met his rescue dog, Dodger.

This is the moment we met. He was trying so hard to stay seated even though he desperately wanted to get out. I knew right away that he was coming home with me, so I took this video to always remember our first hello. Rescue dogs are the best dogs!! #NationalPetDay pic.twitter.com/XjWxPWGDPu

The video shows Dodger in a kennel in the shelter where Evans found him, barely able to contain his excitement at the prospect of a new home.

Since then the pair have been inseparable, with the 36-year-old star recently sharing some cute moments following his return home from the Atlanta, Georgia, set of “Avengers”.
